Training and Capacity Building
Under the training section in the online contractor’s portal, you can view available trainings, register and make payments. Register for the training by selecting the appropriate details in the drop down boxes; also confirm the registered email address and phone number and update where necessary to ensure you receive training information.
The link is sent to the email address the contractor registered in his or her portal.
Once a training is completed, fill in the feedback form then download the certificate two working days after the training.

Yes. NCA accredits specific trainers whose trainings generate CPD points. Some attract the full 10 points while others offer less.

Log into your NCA account, and under Published Trainings you will see ‘Trainings by Accredited Providers’. After attending your chosen training by the accredited provider, click on ‘My Published Trainings’. Select the training you attended, and follow the prompts to make the payment of the Kes. 1000 administration fee. Once you complete payment, you will be able to download your CPD certificate after two working days.
