Two NCA Huduma Center staff were in December 2019 feted by the Huduma Center Services Secretariat for their exemplary performance in service delivery at their respective work stations.
Harsma Guyo of Isiolo Huduma centre NCA desk and Douglas Omwocha of Narok Huduma centre NCA desk were recognized as the employees of the financial year 2018/2019 at their Centers of operation.
Through letters, Huduma Center Services Acting Chief Executive Officer Katee Mwanza commended the two for what she termed as exemplary performance in service delivery and urged them to maintain high standards of excellence in the same to citizens.
NCA started offering their services at Huduma Centers as a 3 month pilot program in January 2018 before later rolling out full presence at all Huduma Centres countrywide. This has resulted in improved reach and service delivery as clients and stakeholders can be assisted here as well as in our Regional and Liaison offices.
Huduma Kenya is guided by the principles of innovation, transparency, courtesy, passion and integrity. These principles overlap with the Authority’s core values; professionalism, ethics and integrity, efficiency, innovation, environmental stewardship and team spirit.
All members of staff are encouraged to uphold and demonstrate these traits in all their interactions to ensure excellence not only in service delivery but the larger construction industry, in line with NCA’s motto.
Huduma Kenya is a successful program that was started and is ran by the Government of Kenya through the Ministry of Public Service, Youth and Gender Affairs. Its chief aim is to offer various government services under one roof to the citizens of Kenya to enhance ease of doing business, efficiency and effectiveness.
